Doctor Forsling's Crooooze Diet

If you are around my age, I'm sure you have struggled from time to with your weight. As the years roll on, so do the lbs. The older you get, the tougher it is to maintain that svelte physique from decades ago. Diet Center, Lean Cuisine, Atkins, Lose Weight While You Sleep, and finally Weight Watchers. I have tried quite a few with varying degrees of success and failure. I've thought about trying the Liberace Diet, Watermelon Diet, Jenny Craig, NutriSystems, The Grapefruit Diet, Cabbage Soup Diet, Caveman Diet, Fat Flush Diet, French Women Don't Get Fat Diet, Glycemic Index Diet, Hormone Diet, Macrobiotic Diet, Master Cleanse, Mediterranean Diet, New Beverly Hills Diet, Shangri-La Diet, South Beach Diet, Volumetrics Diet, The Zone Diet, and even The Skinny Bitch Diet. It is almost impossible to find the right one! Well......I have had a break through!!!! I have some up with a medically proven program that guarantees instant results over just a short 3 week period! This program is a little pricey, requires significant travel, and includes vigorous exercise. [Sorry, there is no easy way to drop those pounds] My new cutting-edge diet program is called "Dr. Forsling's Croooze Diet" You are guaranteed to crooooze and looooze those pounds! Here is how it works:
First you will need to book a 12-14 day cruise. It doesn't matter where you go as long as your cruise ship has an endless amount of delicious, wonderful food. I would definitely recommend Celebrity Cruises. Once on board, it is critical to maintain the mindset that you will be eating THREE full meals daily plus snacks. There is no calorie counting on this diet! Typically, you will enjoy 2 of your daily meals aboard ship and lunch ashore while touring. It is also imperatively critical that you walk at least 5-10 miles each day while sight-seeing. Just don't forget to hydrate.
BREAKFAST
Here are some suggestions for you:
Double Eggs Benedict Waffles and Sausage. This was a typical breakfast for me. One day I had only 3 sausage links.

Sausage and Eggs with Cream Cheese Blintz's

Over sized donuts are always recommended

The Classic Brunch. Eat a little bit of everything!

LUNCH
Lunches are fun because it gives you a chance to indulge on the local cuisine. Here a a few things you may consider:

Margherita pizza in Venice, Italy

Fried Rabbit Maltese Style

Authentic Greek Gyros in Athens

Fresh Fried Fish Burano Style, Italy

Lobster and Pasta Burano, Italy

More pizza and cokes Venice, Italy

Twin Cokes, perfect with every meal

Weird Turkish food (but good) Sirince, Turkey

Dessert is always a must on my diet program. Hard to resist when it is Baklava in Crete, Greece

Chocolate Souffle with Whipped Cream. This was so good. Imagine eating a warm Hostess Cupcake filled with Hot Fudge and topped with whipped cream. Unbelievable!!!
DINNER
This is when things get a little crazy. Don't worry about eating late because it is unavoidable. Dinner starts at 8 and goes till 10! For this diet to work make sure to always start your meal with a shrimp cocktail. In fact, two are better. Then salad, soup, appetizer, then the main entree. Oh, it is mandatory to have at least 2 desserts. Here are a few examples to whet you appetite:
Don't fill up too much on salad when there are so many other things to enjoy

Prime Rib

Beef Wellington

Duck

Flatbread

Pheasant

Salmon

Side dishes very important. Lobster Mac and Cheese is to die for!

Spring Roll

Beef, it's what's for dinner!

Apple Pie ala mode

Yum

Chocolate Souffle with ice cream (Was better in Venice)

I never had any cobbler this good at Scout Camp

Macadamia Cheese Cake

Chocolate Lava Cake with Creme Brulee: The Dynamic Duos of Desserts
After following my diet religiously and traveling for 18 days, I had my official weigh in at Weight Watchers. I lost 3.8 lbs.!!!!! So, there you have it. The scales never lie. Enjoy those vacations! Eat what you want, when you want. When in doubt have another dessert.

Crooooze and Loooze!!!!!!!!!

[DON'T FORGET THE EXERCISE PART OF THE PROGRAM]
