Doctor Forsling's Crooooze Diet

If you are around my age, I'm sure you have struggled from time to with your weight. As the years roll on, so do the lbs. The older you get, the tougher it is to maintain that svelte physique from decades ago. Diet Center, Lean Cuisine, Atkins, Lose Weight While You Sleep, and finally Weight Watchers. I have tried quite a few with varying degrees of success and failure. I've thought about trying the Liberace Diet, Watermelon Diet, Jenny Craig, NutriSystems, The Grapefruit Diet, Cabbage Soup Diet, Caveman Diet, Fat Flush Diet, French Women Don't Get Fat Diet, Glycemic Index Diet, Hormone Diet, Macrobiotic Diet, Master Cleanse, Mediterranean Diet, New Beverly Hills Diet, Shangri-La Diet, South Beach Diet, Volumetrics Diet, The Zone Diet, and even The Skinny Bitch Diet. It is almost impossible to find the right one! Well......I have had a break through!!!! I have some up with a medically proven program that guarantees instant results over just a short 3 week period! This program is a little pricey, requires significant travel, and includes vigorous exercise. [Sorry, there is no easy way to drop those pounds] My new cutting-edge diet program is called "Dr. Forsling's Croooze Diet" You are guaranteed to crooooze and looooze those pounds! Here is how it works:
First you will need to book a 12-14 day cruise. It doesn't matter where you go as long as your cruise ship has an endless amount of delicious, wonderful food. I would definitely recommend Celebrity Cruises. Once on board, it is critical to maintain the mindset that you will be eating THREE full meals daily plus snacks. There is no calorie counting on this diet! Typically, you will enjoy 2 of your daily meals aboard ship and lunch ashore while touring. It is also imperatively critical that you walk at least 5-10 miles each day while sight-seeing. Just don't forget to hydrate.
BREAKFAST
Here are some suggestions for you:
Double Eggs Benedict Waffles and Sausage. This was a typical breakfast for me. One day I had only 3 sausage links.

Sausage and Eggs with Cream Cheese Blintz's

Over sized donuts are always recommended

The Classic Brunch. Eat a little bit of everything!

LUNCH
Lunches are fun because it gives you a chance to indulge on the local cuisine. Here a a few things you may consider:

Margherita pizza in Venice, Italy

Fried Rabbit Maltese Style

Authentic Greek Gyros in Athens

Fresh Fried Fish Burano Style, Italy

Lobster and Pasta Burano, Italy

More pizza and cokes Venice, Italy

Twin Cokes, perfect with every meal

Weird Turkish food (but good) Sirince, Turkey

Dessert is always a must on my diet program. Hard to resist when it is Baklava in Crete, Greece

Chocolate Souffle with Whipped Cream. This was so good. Imagine eating a warm Hostess Cupcake filled with Hot Fudge and topped with whipped cream. Unbelievable!!!
DINNER
This is when things get a little crazy. Don't worry about eating late because it is unavoidable. Dinner starts at 8 and goes till 10! For this diet to work make sure to always start your meal with a shrimp cocktail. In fact, two are better. Then salad, soup, appetizer, then the main entree. Oh, it is mandatory to have at least 2 desserts. Here are a few examples to whet you appetite:
Don't fill up too much on salad when there are so many other things to enjoy

Prime Rib

Beef Wellington

Duck

Flatbread

Pheasant

Salmon

Side dishes very important. Lobster Mac and Cheese is to die for!

Spring Roll

Beef, it's what's for dinner!

Apple Pie ala mode

Yum

Chocolate Souffle with ice cream (Was better in Venice)

I never had any cobbler this good at Scout Camp

Macadamia Cheese Cake

Chocolate Lava Cake with Creme Brulee: The Dynamic Duos of Desserts
After following my diet religiously and traveling for 18 days, I had my official weigh in at Weight Watchers. I lost 3.8 lbs.!!!!! So, there you have it. The scales never lie. Enjoy those vacations! Eat what you want, when you want. When in doubt have another dessert.

Crooooze and Loooze!!!!!!!!!

[DON'T FORGET THE EXERCISE PART OF THE PROGRAM]

Royally Ridiculous

Prince William and Kate in June 2013 [Dig those medals. What did William do to earn them?]

The big news of the day was the Royal Baby Buzz! Princess Kate has given birth to a future king, and the world is in a tizzy!

Outside the hospital today. Really?

We were talking about it at work today, would she have a boy or a girl, what will be the name, and so on. What is it about these Royals? Why do we care? My wife follows the Royal's exploits and I asked her what the big deal is. She said it is all about the history. Really? I don't buy it. There has got to be some other allure. My sister stayed up all night years ago to watch Charles and Diana's wedding. I'm sure she did the same for William and Kate's. What did these people ever do to deserve our adulation and affection? Is it because as Americans, we don't have any Kings and Queens or Princes or Princesses? Do these royals remind us of all those fairy tales mommy and daddy read to us as little tikes? I just don't get it myself. My ardent critics will be quick to point out that they just don't get my devotion to Star Wars or my addiction to sports. So, hey I guess we all have our fun little vices. I have made one observation: At least Kate Middleton has great teeth. Most Brits can't make such a claim. Congrats on the new arrival! Let's hope this little guy doesn't screw things up!

Here are a few fun facts about those beloved Royals:

Royalty

Queen Mother
Kings and queens are not just characters in fairy tales. There are more than four dozen reigning monarchs in the world today. Spain, Morocco, Lesotho, Nepal, and the Netherlands are a few countries that still have royalty. These people of royal blood are the children of the children (and back and back) of former kings and queens.

British Royalty

Kings and Queens

They are the descendants of royal parents. A reigning king makes his wife a queen. A reigning queen makes her husband a prince.

Princes and Princesses

These titles are reserved for the children of kings and queens, the husbands of reigning queens, and for the grandchildren who are descended through the sons of kings or queens.

Nobility

The children of nobility are called lords and ladies.
These are the descendants of powerful and wealthy landowners who passed their titles on to their children and grandchildren. From top to bottom, here is the order of British nobility as well as the terms of address. (Note that counts are European but not British.)
Rank Term of Address
King “Your Majesty”
Queen “Your Majesty”
Prince and Princess“Your Royal Highness”
Duke and Duchess “Your Grace”
Marquess “My Lord”
Marchioness “Madam”
Earl “My Lord”
Countess “Madam”
Viscount “My Lord”
Viscountess “Madam”
Baron “My Lord”
Baroness “Madam”

What Was So Great about Catherine the Great?

Catherine II, or Catherine the Great, was the empress of Russia from 1762 to 1796. During her reign, she built schools and hospitals, promoted the education of women, and allowed religious tolerance. She extended the borders of Russia by acquiring much of Poland. Many artists, teachers, and scientists moved to Russia because of the freedom of ideas she promoted.

Who was the Victoria of Victorian?

Queen Victoria ruled the British Empire for close to 64 years, longer than any other British monarch. She became queen in 1837, when her uncle King William IV died without an heir. During her reign, the British colonial empire was the richest in the world, owning one-fourth of the world's land and ruling more than one-fourth of the world's people.

The Six Wives of Henry VIII

Henry VIII was the sixteenth-century king of England who is remembered for his shocking treatment of his many wives. Here is what happened to his six wives:
Catherine of Aragon Married 1509, annulled 1533; mother of Mary Tudor
Ann Boleyn Married 1533, beheaded 1536; mother of Elizabeth I
Jane Seymour Married 1536, died in childbirth 1537; mother of Edward VI
Anne of Cleves Married and divorced 1540
Catherine Howard Married 1540, beheaded 1542
Catherine Parr Married 1543, survived him
